Sure you can! Just add all the products you wish to buy on to your shopping bag and then click on the “checkout” button. This way you can save on any additional shipping charges.

Yes, Definitely! You can do so by filling in your address as the ‘billing address’ and the address you wish to ship your order to, as the ‘shipping address’.

Once your order is confirmed, you will see a confirmation page displaying a unique Order ID, a listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the shipping address. In addition, you will receive an email confirming your order details. You will also be notified when we dispatch the item(s) from our warehouse with the respective tracking details.
5. Can I leave items in my shopping bag for future purchase?
Yes, you can leave items in your shopping bag; however, the price and availability of these products will be reflected on a real time basis. Hence, there is a possibility that the product may get sold out or the offer on the product may expire from the time you added it to your shopping bag.

Yes, you should have an account to place an order at Rubz. Not only will you be able to rate and review products, but also you can obtain discounts on future purchases. After all, shopping more for less is always fun!

There are no hidden charges when you make a purchase on Rubz. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the order confirmation page is exactly what you pay. The final order total would also include the shipping and handling charges as applicable.

Note: Only one coupon code can be used on a single order. If you choose to cancel an order after applying a coupon code, it would not be usable for a later purchase. In case of suspected misuse of coupons, Rubz reserves the right to cancel orders.

We package our products in boxes, which are covered in a plastic layer. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap. We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging. Till date, we have received minimal complaints about damaged products due to our packaging

We dispatch most orders within 1-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). While we are trying our best to avoid this situation, these products might delay your order.

We do not charge any shipping charges for all the orders.

Unfortunately, Rubz does not ship outside India at the moment. However, we are working on starting international delivery as soon as possible, so stay tuned!

Just click on the “My Account” button on the top right hand corner of the page and click on “Register”. Fill in your name, email address, Phone number and password.

When signing in you can click on the 'Forgot Password' link below the sign up area. You will immediately be redirected to a new page where you will be instructed to fill in your registered email address/Phone number. Soon after, you will receive an email with a link to 'reset your password'.

Products bought on Rubz cannot be returned due to hygiene and quality issues. However, in the case of a damaged/ defective product, you will be eligible to exchange products within 5 days of its delivery.
2. How do I return an item purchased on Rubz?
Rubz offers its customers an ’Easy return policy’, wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 5 days of its delivery. We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order.
Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In cases when a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount. Kindly refer to the next question for exclusions to refunds.
3. I have received a damaged or defective item/wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?
Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement or cancellation and refund.
If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund within 5 days of receiving the order:

4. Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?
Yes. The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.

Yes. A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/replacement/refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.
6. How will I get refunded for the returned orders and how long will this process take?
In case of a return/replacement/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 3-5 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
In addition, we also provide the hassle-free option of refund through Rubz coupons, which can be used during future purchases.

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on rubz@theyoungchemist.com or call us on +91 79756 50324.
In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request.
2. Cancellation post shipment:
If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our Customer Support team on rubz@theyoungchemist.com.
In case you have cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company on our end, they may still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.
Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money within 24-48 business hours.
3. How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?
In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.
In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
4. What if I used discount vouchers or loyalty points during time of payment and I have to cancel my order?
Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order. If you had redeemed wallet points for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in the case of a cancellation.
